Boutique hotel Sawohouse is a small and cosy hotel in Kuopio. Traditional property has renovated completely and the hotel has been re-opened in July 2018. Our renewed restaurant SaborHouse Kitchen & Bar opened in June 2020 . Sabor House offers delicious food from lunch to late dinner. Our restaurant has space for 100-150 people. Lunch is served on weekdays from 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. ’varied à la carte menu includes delicacies from spanish-scandinavian cuisines

Hotel is located 7 kilometers from Kuopio city center and 5 min. from the Matkus shopping center. Bus goes every 30 minutes from the front the hotel to the center.
There are 18 rooms, 8 double rooms, 8 single rooms and 2 family rooms (2 bedrooms, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen). One family room has private Sauna. All rooms have bathroom with toilet , tv and wireless internet. Standard rooms are located on the second floor, each with a stairs and own separate entrance. Superior rooms are located on the hotel entrance / lobby floor. There are large and free parking area in front of the hotel.
Hotel´s restaurant and bar is open every day from 8 a.m to 9 pm . The breakfast is served on (Mon-Fri) from 7.00 am to 9.00 am (at summer time from 8 am to 10 am) and at weekends (Sat - Sun) from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
Sauna is available for hotel quests from Monday to Thursday : Women from 18-19.15 and Men from 19.30 - 20:45. Sauna can also be reserved for private use (fee: 10 €/ person / hour) . It is also possible to order food and drinks from the hotel bar into the sauna lounge.
